• Material: 925
  The term "925 silver" denotes the silver content in the alloy. In English speaking countries this is also called "Sterling Silver". The term indicates that the alloy contains 92.5% silver. If this content is guaranteed in the material, silversmiths put a mark "925" in the material. 925 silver will turn black after some time (especially if it is not worn) and must therefore be polished with a silver polish.

 

• Material: Tibetan Silver

  The web shop cannot be held to its offers if the Customer, in terms of reasonableness and fairness and generally accepted views, should have understood that the offer or a part thereof contains an obvious mistake or error.

• Warranty jewelry

BiBz Designs handmade jewelry comes with 1 month warranty from the date of purchase. You have a guarantee on the beads, the charms and any closures. In the event of complaints, you can contact us within 1 month of purchasing your jewelry. We will therefore repair your jewelry free of charge.
Not covered by the warranty:
natural wear
stains caused by perfume
paint damage of wood, leather and beads by (rain) water
beads / leather that give off after coming into contact with water

 

• Exchange / Returns

1. Jewelry: You can exchange or return your order within 14 days (after receipt of your order), provided that it is not custom-made and is returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. In all cases, you must first contact us in writing (by email or post). You must state your name and invoice number. We will contact you as soon as possible. The purchase price of the products returned by you will be refunded within 7 days (after receipt of the product). The shipping costs for exchange or return are for your own account.
2. Fashion: 2nd Life Fashion: It is  possible to return or exchange ordered 2nd Life Fashion. This does also apply to New Fashion. These can be returned within 14 days after receipt. (see point 1 "Exchange / Return") 
3. Customized or Personalized:
   Products that you purchase through this web store are custom made according to the specification entered by you. Before we send the jewelry to you, we first check together whether it is desired. If this is not the case, we will adjust it for you.
4. Exception sealed products: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bibzdesigns.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
5. Exception for non-perishable products: Products that you purchase through this web shop only have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
